Riley is a smaller upright variety of Japanese Maple.  Its red to purple leaves are small,  serrated, five and seven lobed.  Sun tolerant and resistant to fading.

Description

Easily grown in moist, organically rich, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade. Prefers lightly sun dappled part shade. Avoid hot and dry sites.
