Quick Overview:

Vinca minor ‘Ralph Shugart’, also known as Variegated Periwinkle, is a popular ground cover solution. This evergreen trailing vine spreads quickly. Each glossy dark green, oval leaf is edged in white. Rich blue flowers, about 1/2 inch in diameter, appear in early spring and may re-bloom, but with less abundance, in summer and fall. Mature height is 4 inches to 6 inches.
