Isotoma fluviatilis

Tiny starry blue flowers bloom spring to frost on low growing mats of tiny foliage. Excellent between stones, roses, and around ponds and decks. Wonderful in containers and for fairy and miniature gardening. Great as a lawn substitute too. Very easy to grow in sun to part shade. Tolerates heavy foot traffic.
