Quick Overview:

Bright coral-orange blooms cover this small mounding shrub from mid-spring to mid-fall. Coral Drift has the most vibrant flowers that catch your eye and really wow. Fully winter hardy and disease resistant. Drift Roses are a cross between full-size groundcover roses and miniatures. From the groundcover roses they kept toughness, disease resistance and winter hardiness. From the miniatures, they inherited a well-managed size and repeat-blooming nature. They require no special care, but for best performance, we recommend cutting them back every year in early spring after the last threat of frost has passed.

Description

Grow in medium moisture, slightly acidic, well-drained garden loams in full sun to part shade. Water deeply and regularly (mornings are best). Avoid overhead watering. Good air circulation promotes vigorous and healthy growth and helps control foliar diseases. Summer mulch helps retain moisture, keeps roots cool and discourages weeds. Remove spent flowers to encourage rebloom. Remove and destroy diseased leaves from plants, as practicable, and clean up and destroy dead leaves from the ground around the plants both during the growing season and as part of a thorough cleanup during winter (dormant season). Prune as needed in late winter to early spring.  (Courtesy of Missouri Botanical Garden Plant Finder)
