Quick Overview:

A weeping golden form!  Pendulous branches and a drifting (upright) or weeping central leader.  Can be staked to form an upright weeper, or untrained to be a cascading mound.   Yellow color is more pronounced in full sun, but foliage on young plants may burn.

Description

Easily grown in average, acidic, evenly moist, well-drained soils in full sun. Performs well in rich sandy soils. Prefers cool summer climates, and often grows poorly south of USDA Zone 7.  Here in central NC some afternoon shade is beneficial. Established plants have some tolerance for dryish soils..
