The Funky Flow Mahonia is an evergreen flowering shrub providing dazzling flower color and lush texture in the landscape. It’s super easy to grow, even in the shade, and flowers during winter, when there’s not much else blooming in the landscape. In winter, brilliant neon-yellow flowers are displayed in clustered sprays of candle-like spikes at the ends of branches.
Grow in moist, organically rich, acidic, well-drained soils in part shade to full shade. Prefers part shade locations. Site in locations protected from exposure to strong winds and full sun. Single specimen shrubs fruit poorly. Grow more than one shrub together for best fruit production.
