Quick Overview:

Narihira is a dense 3′-4′ high and wide shrub for part to full shade.  The soft textured compound leaves add a fern-like texture to the shade garden and the bright yellow flowers add a splash of color in the fall.  Grows best in fertile, slightly acidic soil with good drainage.

Description

Easily grown in moist, well-drained soils in part shade (morning sun or sun dappled shade) to full shade. Also tolerates full sun, particularly in the northern parts of its growing range.
