Quick Overview:

‘Sunburst’ is an upright, vase-shaped cultivar with ascending branches and a spreading habit. It typically grows to 12′ tall and to 8′ wide. Clusters of lemon-yellow, spider-like flowers with narrow petals to 1″ in late January to February. Broad-oval, bright green leaves (to 6″ long). Yellow-orange to yellow fall color can be quite attractive.

Description

Easily grown in average, medium, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade. Best flowering in full sun. Prefers moist, acidic, organically rich soils.
