Quick Overview:

‘Mariken’ is a dwarf, low-spreading, somewhat weeping/pendulous male form that grows very slowly to only 2’ tall by 2’ wide over the first 10 years. It may eventually reach 3’ tall by 8’ wide. Description

Easily grown in average, medium moisture soil in full sun. Prefers moist, sandy, well-drained soils. Tolerant of a wide range of soil conditions, including both alkaline and acidic soils and compacted soils. Also tolerant of saline conditions, air pollution and heat.
