Quick Overview:

This improved cultivar from Cherokee PrincessĀ® has an extra heavy set of large blooms and is a very vigorous grower. Produces large white flowers with bracts to 5″ across, in early spring. The leaves are medium to dark green and glossy. Fall color is consistent red to reddish purple. Super Princess Dogwood is a small low-branched tree with horizontally spreading lines and a layered effect, usually with a flat topped crown and often wider than high at maturity.

Description

Easily grown in average, medium moisture, well-drained soils in full sun to part shade. Prefers moist, organically rich, acidic soils in part shade. Benefits from a 2-4″ mulch which will help keep roots cool and moist in summer.
