Quick Overview:

Bred and selected for its abundance of flowers that attract butterflies. Chrysalis is a compact series providing continuous bloom from Spring through late Summer. Root hardy to USDA Zone 5 and stem hardy in warmer locations. Chrysalis Purple has rich purple blooms.  Tolerant of rain and has a high drought tolerance once established. Downy mildew resistant.

Description

Easily grown in average, medium moisture, well-drained soils in full sun. Becomes weedy and sparse with diminished flowering performance if not grown in full sun.
