Acer shirasawanum Autumn Moon has spring foliage which is an unusual pink orange color with an underlying shade of chartreuse green. Colors up nicely in full sun with more orange. Like the Full Moon Maple, Autumn moon is a very showy maple. Fall color is a rich orange and red. This small tree seems to stand heat well.
