This Full Moon Maple has a very attractive delicate looking deeply dissected leaf on a sturdy upright plant, growing almost as wide as tall. ‘Oregon Fern’ was selected by J.D. Vertrees at Maplewood Nursery for its outstanding ruby red fall color.

Description

Easily grown in average, medium moisture, well-drained soil in full sun to part shade. Prefers lightly dappled shade. Leaves may scorch in full sun in hot southern summers. Plants prefer cool summer conditions. Site in locations protected from strong winds.
