Description
Plants should be grown with consistent sub-irrigation, no overhead watering. When transplanting into the garden, plant into a container submerged in the surrounding soil. Prior to planting, drill holes in the container to allow water to drain about 1-2″ above the bottom of the container. Fill the container with peat moss to help maintain soil acidity and appropriate soil moisture. Mulch the surface with pine needles to hide the edges of the subterranean container.
