The LeAnn Cleyera is a fast growing evergreen shrub with glossy, maroon leaves emerge in the spring, maturing to a deep green in the summer and turning maroon again in the fall and winter. Fragrant white blooms appear in late spring. Red berries in the fall add to the beauty of this shrub. Can be used to create a formal hedge, but looks its best when pruned more naturally. Works also as a mass planting or for privacy.
