Hosta ‘Royal Wedding’ is a marvelous sport of ‘Diana Remembered’. This small to medium sized Hosta is a quick grower that forms a lovely mound of glossy green leaves with wide creamy margins. The margins will brighten to pure white as the season progresses. Fragrant white flowers are produced in mid to late summer and are 3″ – 4″ in size. This variety adds beautiful season-long color with a sweet fragrance to the garden.
Easily grown in average, medium, well-drained soils in part shade to full shade. Tolerant of a wide range of soil conditions. Does best in rich, moist, organic soils in light, sun-dappled shade. Divide plants as needed in spring or autumn (perhaps easiest in early spring before the leaves unfurl).
