Quick Overview:

Go crazy for this vibrant orange Coreopsis that has a perfectly domed, rounded, uniform habit.  1.75” wide, fiery sunset orange flowers have intense red-orange color concentrated at the centers of the petals. The undersides of its petals are golden yellow, with some petal tips displaying the same golden yellow. The flowers will cover the gray-green, threadleaf foliage for a showy midsummer display.

Description

Easily grown in dry to medium moisture, well-drained soil in full sun. Thrives in poor, sandy or rocky soils with good drainage. Tolerant of heat, humidity and drought. Prompt deadheading of spent flower stalks can be tedious for a large planting, but does tend to encourage additional bloom. Plants may be sheared in mid to late summer to promote a fall rebloom and to remove any sprawling or unkempt foliage.
