Description
Best grown in well-drained soil and full sun. Prune to 12 inches after main bloom, to maintain compact plant structure and promote re-blooming.

The Winter series of hybrid wallflowers is an excellent, long booming perennial for full sun. This selection produces fragrant flower spikes that emerge red, maturing to deep, orchid-purple over gray-green foliage. Plants are naturally compact and mounding, but pruning back by half after flowering is wise to prevent them from getting leggy. Wonderful for mixed borders, all containers and rock gardens.
